I had a good time at this place. I mean, the moment I checked in, the staff were super nice, they even offered me a drink at the bar while I waited for my room, which made the whole process feel more premium than it was. And the view from my room? Picture-perfect with that river flowing right outside! And they got this lavender essential oil by the bed that just makes you sink into comfort.

It wasn’t cheap to stay there, but still manageable.

Had an awesome time with a group of friends! We visited the nearby amusement park and enjoyed shopping at local boutiques. The staff was super friendly, and the amenities were great, making our stay enjoyable. Don't miss the breakfast buffet if you can. it's worth it!

One downside was the slow elevator. It really took a while, which was frustrating at times.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and really comfortable. The beds were soft, which made for a good night's sleep. Everything was clean, although I did notice some stains on the sheets. The room could use a better mini fridge—mine had a broken knob. But overall, it was a pretty nice place to stay!

Had the best time soaking in the large indoor swimming pool! The trainer was super friendly and even suggested some workouts. I loved the cozy bar area where the vibes were just right for snacking and unwinding after a long day.

It was just a prime choice for a swift stopover in Itasca with decent value for money. The exercise room on the 12th floor had great views, but was a bit small. Bring earplugs to manage the noise from events below.

I really enjoyed my stay, since it was close to the beautiful Spring Creek Reservoir Forest Preserve and just a short walk from the Elk Grove Village Public Library, making it perfect for weekend walks and park views.

In April 2024, a sudden flight issue led us to book this hotel, and it exceeded expectations despite the circumstances. The complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver, providing flexibility to explore nearby areas, and the staff were accommodating, allowing an early check-in after our flight. Dining was enjoyable with a delicious turkey sandwich and reasonably priced meals—especially with a coupon. The only drawback was that the room felt a bit warm at times. still, it was comfortable overall.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decor and serene atmosphere at The Westin Chicago Northwest. The lobby was spacious, and the staff were incredibly helpful, making it easy for us seniors to navigate the facilities comfortably.

More accessible seating in common areas, please.
